Amazing service such a refreshing change from our previous vets in the care for my English Bulldog . The receptionist was extremely welcoming and the vets were above and beyond explaining all health issues and the medication required. No trying to sell me any unnecessary extras. First class service recommend to all.

Donaldson Shepley are “super Vets”, providing excellent service and care at sensible prices (unlike these corporate veterinarians) and I would highly recommend them. The care and attention to our Labrador was exceptional and he made a great recovery ❤️‍🩹 thank you Louise, Mike and all the Veterinary Team 🤩 A*****

We have had a difficult year since our beloved woody was diagnosed with an illness , but holly has made it so much easier with her knowledge. Holly you are one of the most caring , gentle understanding human beings I have ever met . Your understanding of woodys illness has get me calm and informed over the last 8 months . It was with great sadness we had to say goodbye to woody , but holly helped us do that in the most dignified and respectful way . You are one of a kind holly , thankyou for the way you have looked after woody ,myself and Philip . I would also like to thank everyone at Donaldsons shepley , I spent so much time there they treated me like a friend . I can’t name all of you sorry . Louise you were always so lovely on the phone when I was panicking and Michael you always had a smile for me when I walked in. Keep doing your amazing work , you’re an amazing team .

Mike and Louise at the front desk are brilliant! They are super friendly, helpful, informed and personable. They always remember you and genuinely care about your pet’s well-being. A fantastic team that makes every visit a positive experience.
