After my 13 year old dog died overnight and not having access to transport I needed someone to come and take him away for me, everyone from the receptionist who answered the phone to the nurses who came to my house within hours of my call were fantastic and made a horrible day at least bearable. I can't thank them enough.

Great, friendly vets

We've always had exceptional support from the vets at Donaldson's for both our bunnies and our spaniel. With their 24h hospital over in Almondburt, we're confident that they can look after everything that happens to our pets, day or night. When we had to put our rabbit to sleep recently, their care and compassion really shone through. Our emotions were all over the place and they gently gave us options, time and space to do what our bunny needed.

Excellent vets with welcoming staff. Great service when attending with our dog,will definitely use again. Great service from the reception team and Matt the vet. All vaccinations done and tablets collected. The team are always friendly and why I use an independent local vet.
