Wouldn’t give my Dog worming tablets until he’d had a check up, that’s fair enough however couldn’t get an appointment until next week! Thought they cared about animals but happy for him to suffer all week with worms!

I wasn't sure which vets to go to with my bird. Donaldson was recommended. The front desk staff were lovely and the vet very professional and treated my bird with care. I would recommend this vets because it is independent and they care.

Been with my cat today the car park was iced over not a bit of grit in sight, this company makes thousands of pounds I would say daily and yet they don't have the thought to put some grip down for the many customers that are coming into the car park on a day like this not just the customers but the staff as well.🙄🙄 Apart from that I didn't have a very good consultation I asked for a cheaper alternative to a steroid injection for my cat and I was given tablets but when I got to the till I was horrified to find that the bill was more than the steroid injection she was given at the end of October last year so I had to wait a while and eventually I went back and spoke to the vet and he tried to give me some kind of explanation as to how it would work out cheaper long term but as I explained to him my cat does not need to have steroid injections throughout the year only at this time of year when it's cold and she is spending more time inside so in the end we ditched the tablets that were going to work out quite costly and my cat had another steroid injection which worked out the same as what we paid at the end of October last year. It seems that according to Google the vets do not put grit down because it can be harmful to a dog's paws but if the receptionist had had that knowledge she would have been able to tell me there and then instead she said she didn't know whether any grit had been put down or not and I said no it hadn't.

We sadly had to take our beloved senior dog quickly to vet as he wasn't improving on medication given by previous vet. We took him in after frantic call on the saturday where we were taken straight to consult room the vet nurse was lovely and kind to us they got vet as quick as could but sadly he passed away it was confirmed and they gave us as much time as needed with our little boy can't fault on how they have changed and improved. This was at the Almondbury surgery

Absolutely amazing festive afternoon tea. So much food! They kept bringing out! We compared to the Ritz…just as tasty! Incredible!
